Blowouts and Styling at Hyde Salon

A professional blowout is one of those things you do not fully appreciate until you have had one. The volume, the smoothness, the way your hair moves. It is a completely different experience from drying your hair at home with a round brush and good intentions.

At Hyde Salon, our blowout and styling services are available at both our Vista location in Columbia and our Chapin location near Lake Murray. Whether you need a quick refresh or full event styling, our team delivers polished, lasting results every time.

What We Offer

Professional Blowouts: A shampoo, conditioning, and expert blowdry finished with Oribe styling products. Choose your finish: sleek and smooth, voluminous and bouncy, or relaxed and textured.

Updos and Formal Styling: Polished styles for weddings, proms, galas, and any event that calls for something special. Our stylists work with all hair lengths and textures.

Bridal Styling: From the trial appointment to the wedding day, we handle bridal hair for the bride and the entire wedding party.

Special Event Styling: Photoshoots, corporate events, holiday parties. Tell us the occasion, and we will create the right look.

What to Expect

A blowout takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Updos and event styling take 45 minutes to an hour or more. For weddings and major events, we always recommend a trial run at least two weeks in advance.

Bring reference photos. They help your stylist understand exactly what you are going for. Your stylist will also factor in your hair type, face shape, and the occasion to build the final look.
